Gear Comparison Spreadsheet
Recently I was frustrated when I bid DKP on what I felt was an obvious neck upgrade and after further checking found out that I was incorrect. Our raid leads go through items very quickly and all I did was look over the item. I didn’t check with any reputable sources. For that reason I have created very simple gear comparison spreadsheet for quickly checking the stats of of a drop to see if it is an upgrade. It is nothing special so don’t expect some fully automated monstrosity. I have saved the file in both Microsoft Office and Open Office formats. Other formats available on request. Hopefully this will be useful to someone besides just myself.

Shadow Priest Cheat Sheet
VERSION 3.3.1 OF THIS CHEAT SHEET IS NOW AVAILABLE!
I thought something like this might be useful to people who have trouble finding the spriest info that they need. I have thrown together a Darkened Soul Shadow Priest PvE Cheat Sheet. I need to come up with a better name for it I know. I don’t claim to have come up with information on my own. However, I did work hard in verifying facts from multiple sources. Thanks to Shadowpriest.com, MMO-Champion, Elitist Jerks, and WoWHead users for doing all the number crunching. Read the rest of this entry »

Today’s Menu: Fish Feast
Chef Chuck here again with another great recipe to make mouths water. This special dish will make you the favorite of any party with its robust flavor and ability to give buffs to all members of a raid or party. Just take 2 Musselback Sculpin, 2 Glacial Salmon, 2 Nettlefish, and a dash of Northern Spices, throw it all in a baking dish and have your Green Proto-Drake breathe on it for about 30 seconds. Chef Chuck promises you will be everyones new best friend after whipping up one of these babies for a hungry crowd.
Fish Feast
Binds when picked up
Requires Level 70Use: Set out a great feast that will feed your party! Restores 15000 health and 12960 mana over 30 sec. If you spend at least 10 seconds eating you will become well fed and gain 80 Attack Power, 46 Spell Power and 40 Stamina for 1.00 hour.

Today’s Menu: Snapper Extreme
Chef Chuck is back and on the menu today is Snapper Extreme. This tasty treat is great for getting you to hit cap when you are just a bit low. Currently the highest level gear for shadow priests is lacking a lot of hit so I personally have been sitting about 32 short of my 288.5 and using this food to make up for the difference. In addition you get the always present stamina buff and restoration of BOTH health and mana. Which is nice is you are running something without a friendly neighborhood vending machine around (mage).
This food is made using 3x Bonescale Snapper and 1x Northern Spices. Bake at 350 degrees for 45minutes.
